What we collect

When you fill in our demo form, we collect the details you give us: your name, your hostel's name, your city and country, your email address, your phone number if you choose to share it, the booking system (PMS) you use, anything you write in the message field, and how you heard about us.

We also record some technical data automatically — UTM parameters, the page you came from (the referrer), the page you landed on, and the date and time of your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this information for two things only: to respond to your enquiry, and to measure whether our marketing is working. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. If nothing comes of your enquiry, we delete them.

Correct or delete your data

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you — wherever you're based. Just email us at hello@voxgate.ai and we'll take care of it.
