Pilot Terms
1. What the pilot is.
A 14-day evaluation of the VoxGate AI Receptionist, provided at no charge, so you can hear the agent handle your real calls before committing.
2. Scope.
One (1) property, on one (1) direct inbound line. The pilot does not cover multiple properties, group or network deployments, shared or central reservation numbers.
3. Usage cap.
300 handled calls or 500 minutes, whichever occurs first. We will notify you when you reach 80% of either. Usage beyond the cap continues at standard rates unless you tell us to stop.
4. Duration.
14 consecutive calendar days from activation. Activation is the moment the agent first answers a live call, not the date of signup.
5. What is excluded and billed from activation.
Toll-free (1800/1300) numbers and any traffic routed through them; number porting; carrier and telephony charges; SMS and messaging charges; any third-party fees.
6. Onboarding.
A one-off onboarding fee applies and is payable before activation. It covers configuration, knowledge base build, integration and testing. It is not refundable on the basis of the pilot outcome.
7. Integrations.
Property management system integration is available where a certified connection exists. Where it does not, the pilot runs without live availability and this is confirmed to you in writing before activation.
8. After the pilot.
The service stops at the end of the 14 days unless you ask us to continue. Nothing renews automatically. There is no obligation to continue and no cancellation fee.
9. Call recording and data.
Calls may be recorded where you have instructed us to do so. Recording consent requirements differ between Australian states and territories, and it is the client's responsibility to confirm the announcement wording is valid in the state where the property operates; we provide the wording and configure it. Call data and recordings are processed solely to deliver and improve the service to you, are not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes, and are deleted on written request at the end of the pilot.
10. Eligibility.
The pilot is subject to acceptance, limited to one per business or corporate group, and not transferable. We may decline or end a pilot at any time.
11. Changes.
We may vary or withdraw this offer at any time. The terms that apply to you are the terms published on the date your pilot is accepted, or the terms set out in a written proposal signed by both parties, whichever is later.
